Under normal circumstances refunds will not be offered on any ticket.

 

In the event of a session being cancelled, customers will be offered a full refund upon presentation of their e-ticket. If a session is rescheduled and the customer is unable to attend the new time/date, customers will be offered a full refund on the presentation of their e-ticket.

 

For customers who have purchased any of the Passes – no refund will be offered if any sessions/events under that pass are cancelled, become virtual or rescheduled.Refunds for online ticket purchases will be processed within 30 working days after the Festival has finished. Once your refund has been actioned, you will be notified by email; credit card refunds may take a further 3-5 days to be processed after the customer has been notified about a refund.

 

If a customer is unable to attend a session due to testing positive for Covid 19, a refund will be offered if proof of a positive test report is submitted and after approval by ELF management.

 

Refund Policy Terms and Conditions:

 

  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • Only in the case of an event being cancelled, will we refund your ticket. If a session becomes virtual due to circumstances outside our control, tickets will remain valid for the session and no refund will be offered..
  • Refunds for online and box office ticket purchases will be processed within 30 working days after the Festival has finished.
  • Credit card refunds may take a further 3-5 days to process once you have been notified that your refund has been actioned.
  • Box office refunds will be either by bank transfer or cash. Bank details will need to be provided for bank transfer refunds or for cash refunds, the customer will need to pick up from the ELF office.
  • Event times and venues are subject to change; please check emirateslitfest.com for updates before attending.
  • Events may be recorded or filmed; by buying a ticket, you consent to the filming, photography and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.
  • Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to events.
  • Make sure you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the start of the event to ensure you have time to enter the session room and find your seat.
